If you looking to have fun and create new memories in the kitchen, the bubble-up pizza is the way to go! I made the bubble pizza with my granddaughter and my niece, and they loved it! This one-pan pizza dinner recipe is made with simple ingredients and budget-friendly.
INGREDIENTS:
- Avocado oil spray
- 2 (16 oz.) cans of jumbo flaky biscuits
- 1 jar of pizza or spaghetti sauce
- Mozzarella cheese (I normally add about 2 cups)
- Slices pepperoni
- 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray a 9 x 13 pan with non-stick spray.
- Open the biscuit containers (have fun with the pop sound!)
- Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and toss the biscuit inside the baking dish.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the biscuits.
- Add your favorite pizza toppings (I added veggies and sliced pepperoni).
- Add more cheese if you like!
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden.
- Optional, I like to broil for an additional 2 minutes until the cheesy is golden!
- Cool for 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
