INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons sofrito (if you don’t have sofrito, you can omit from the recipe or simply add a couple of small pieces of green bell pepper, onion, and mini sweet pepper) add ingredients to the blender.
- 1 tablespoon paste garlic or minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of onion salt or onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon of honey mustard or honey
- ½ cup of apple cider
- ½ cup of avocado olive oil or olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- Blend the ingredients: Transfer all the ingredients to a blender until smooth.
Note:
The Marinade will remain fresh in the refrigerator for about one month. I recommend using a mason jar for storage.
